"Please talk to dad, I'm not moving anywhere else, I just want to stay here," she said, not the first time she'd had that conversation with her mother, despite the fact that she knew there was nothing her mother could do.
"But you know it's not safe there in Stardom right now, it's election season darling, and your father's opponents are going to try to exploit all of his flaws, just come here and stay with me, I've really missed you," a lady in her late thirties said on the big flat screen TV in the young girl's room, which was connected to the young girl's laptop.
"I'm not going there; if you really want to see me, come down to Stardom and help me ask my father to let me be, to live my life the way I want."
"I only want to stay in Stardom, I'm sick of staying abroad, I enjoy it here," she grumbled as she clenched her face, ruining her lovely features.
"Stop doing that, sweetie, I'll try to reason with your father, though I know he won't listen," the young woman on the TV said, her voice dejected.
"Please do so, and also tell him to release me from the home arrest he's placed me on; I need to visit my friends and cool off somewhere other than here, or else I'll do something you'll regret," she warned, her voice solemn.
"Don't attempt anything funny sweetie, I'm going to talk to your father, but promise me you won't put yourself in any danger," the young woman stated, her tone indicating her concern for the girl.
"OK, mum, I love you," she said with a smile.
" I love you a lot, mum, bye for now, and don't forget to call your husband," she said. She smiled as she took up a remote, tapped a key, and the television turned off.
She took her laptop with her and began browsing the internet.

" Okay, I'm on my way," she added solemnly as she replied to the caller and hung up.
Mum yelled with delight as she swiftly examined herself in the mirror.
Her outfit consisted of a grey bump short and a blue off-shoulder crop top that exposed her stomach.
When she opened the door to her room, she was surprised to see Starr standing on her doorstep.
Starr was going to open the door by scanning her fingerprints and then placing her eye in front of the eye scanner so that her retina could be recognized, but she was relieved of her anxiety when Linda opened the door from the inside.
" Oops," Linda exclaimed as a collision was on the verge of happening.
A cart carrying fried drumsticks, juice, a fork, and a cup, among other things.
Linda had instructed her to obtain these items.
