I have neglected the company; Lina has been handling all the work. It can't be easy to juggle everything that is going on. I need to get my act together.
Last night's meeting was a disaster. It was not a surprise on my end since we were not getting along at all.
Whoever said knowledge is power left out a significant part. It is power, but you must do something once you have it. In my opinion, knowledge is a burden for those who are not ready. Knowledge makes you responsible. That's why I kept Lina in the dark. She knows and can't act like she doesn't know anything. She will have to do things she doesn't want to. I don't regret keeping her in the dark, though I should have handled it better.
