"f***k," I yell as we gather in Gavin's office. Ted has been shot, the cops were all over the scene but no one else was there which means they got her, they took Annie. I promised to protect her, to keep her safe, and I've f.ucking failed again.
"Look, we don't have time to lose our s.hit right now, you got me?" Gavin yells across the table and I know he's right so I just nod at him. "Good, I know we all feel like we have failed our women, but we don't have time to wallow in guilt. Every second they're away from us is another second they're in danger. These f.uckers clearly didn't get our message last time, you don't f***k with our women."
