Joshua and Mariam looked at the direction of the voice, then she stood up immediately while Joshua was still on the floor staring at the person.
“Doctor Sarutobi!!” Mariam yelled, Sarutobi smiled at her direction,
“Good morning to you too, Nurse Mariam,” she said then she went to Joshua and bent down facing Joshua face upside down.
“Is good to see you,” she said.
“How do you like the surprise visit.” Joshua answered her.
