A Phone Call Which Demands Madam’s Personal Attention
Madam had dealt effectively with the minor problem she had been forced to attend to, but during the time she was in the dungeon her phone had received a text requesting a telephone conversation. Madam recognized both the name and the telephone number of a client of sorts who was calling her. The text was from a client who was also a friend, for whom she acted as a safety net and also provided a certain necessary service to.
The text said Deborah calling. Madam had read the brief message and sent back a time for the woman to telephone her later that evening, once the world was cloaked in the shadows of night. Madam knew exactly what she would be doing and smiled as she walked to her office to await the call.
