 ? IVY'S POV?

I sat down in the sitting room listening to music because it's only me

Mom already left for work so since there's nothing I can do, I stay alone at home

So as not to be in danger

I can't forgets that day when I almost got r***d by some bad guy who got into our house and almost r***d me but luckily mom arrived on time to save me

Since then whenever mom had to go out she will locked the door from outside

I felt a creak sounds at the door and I tensed

I heard the door opened and mom's scent filled my nose and I was relaxed

" Mom" I called and I felt her sit beside me

" It's me baby" she said and I smile

"Mom, you're early today, did anything happened at work?" It usual of her to return home early

I heard her sighed

" I'm fine just missed you" she said but I didn't fail to notice the sadness in her tone

Something is wrong, I know

" Mom, what's it?" I asked and she held my hands

" Nothing, have you eaten?" She lied again because I knew she is lying

" Mom, stop pretending split it out already" I said and she rubbed my Palm slowly

" It nothing, I can actually look for another job, I can" she said and I try getting her clearly

Got another job? Then that means she lost her job, it had Happened again

" Mom, again?" I asked and she replied

" Yes, but it's nothing" she replied but I could tell she is not happy

" Mom, how could it be nothing? How? Why is God so unfair to us? Why?" Tears already glinting in my eyes

I'm in the dark, I wish I could be the light for my mother but God is so unfair to me

I'm just a burdens to her

" Ivy, don't say that" she said and I shook my head

The tears rolling down already

" If I have to be blind do we have to be poor?" I said and she pulled me into hug instead and I cried on her shoulder

" We will be fine" she said and I cried more

I can't take it any longer,I need to go out

" Mom, I need to go out" I said

" Ivy" I heard her worried voice and I shook my head

" Mom, I will be fine" I said and held unto to my walking stick tightly

I'm suffocating in here, it hurt alot

I hate to think that I'm in the dark

I can't see, mom had to work all by herself and I couldn't even do anything to help

I Continue walking with the help of my stick as the air breeze my air but the tears just won't stop

It hurt so much, so badly

Suddenly, I bumped into someone and almost fell

"I'm sorry" I said not sure if it me to even apologize

" You're sorry, are you blind?" The female voice Shouted and I moved back slowly

" Babe, she is blind" I heard another feminine voice and the next thing I heard is their laughter

I knew it already, I'm always a laughing stock, it not new

I tried waking away from them but the next thing is u felt my butt on the floor and my keg twisted

" Ouch!" I winced in pain

" Hey, you blind, If you're blind go find somewhere to die not inconvenience normal people like us" I heard them walk away and I felt tears burning up in my eyes

I should just go and die,since i'm useless

I tried standing up but I couldn't because I felt pain in my ankle

Gosh! I winced trying to stand up but I can't

Everything is tiring and annoying

" Do you need a help?" I heard a sweet masculine voice but I ignores

All they did is to mock me

" Hey, let me help you" he said and again

" Just go away" I muttered wiping the tears that rolled down my eyes away

Shockedly, I felt an arm around my waist and I was lift from the ground

My eyes dimmed

" What are you doing?" I asked the stranger I didn't Know but here I am in his arm

" Did he want to kidn*pped me?" I thought and my heart skipped

" Drop me or I will scream" I threatened him but he doesn't seems tensed at all

" Go ahead and screamed then I will say you're my girlfriend" he said and my eyes dilated

Did he even know I am blind? I can't even see him

He placed me on a hard wood and I gulped

"Who are you?" I asked and I didn't heard him respond

" You're blind, Geez!" I heard him muttered instead

I knew it, he will mocked me also

" I asked who are you? Are you here to mocked me also?" I asked the tears now buliding up again

I hate it because I cried easily also

" Oh sorry, I didn't mean it that way, I just want to help" he said a nd i wiped my tears

Suddenly,i felt my ankle twisted and I winced

" Ouch!" I winced and I wiped my tears

" You can now walk" he said and I slowly stood up to check it and it's true I could walk now

I actually thought he is one of them

" Thanks you" I muttered and I heard his chuckled

" It's fine but you're beautiful" he said and I was surprised at his sudden compliment

"Oh thanks you" I replied

" I need to go now, thanks you" I said and started walking away but his voice stop me

" What's is your name?" He asked and I sluggishly replied him

I don't know why I felt safe telling him my name

" Ivy, my name is ivy" with that I walk away

          ?CHARLES' POV?

" IVY" I muttered to myself smiling

She is the the definition of beauty, she is so beautiful

How can she be blind and be beautiful

She is such a Goodness

" Sir" I heard Haddy, my P.A Breathe heavily as he got beside me

" I have been looking for you" he said but I was carried away by Ivy's beauty

" She is so beautiful" I muttered and Haddy looked at me confusedly

" Who?" He asked and i smiles

" Ivy" I replied, I like her already...
