Destruction

Today was a good day, the sun hung high up in the sky illuminating the whole world with its light while radiating warmth and bringing a feeling of euphoria to every living organism. There is a saying though that under the brightest light grows the darkest shadow and so happened today. Destruction laid everywhere in Lawrence kingdom, no human alive to tell the tale of destruction that ensued this day. Nobody would ever be the same again not even the attackers, after all, they witnessed what their leader is capable of and that frightened them to no end. He is not a mortal anymore for them, he is like a beast like those dragons of legends, spreading chaos everywhere and striking fear in the hearts of the people. Now everybody understood that their king is something else, someone out of this world, a destroyer, a conqueror, an emperor.

That is right an emperor, from this day on there is no more kingdom of Beartica or Lawrence, they together with the kingdom of Thanatica united under the rule of the one and only Arthur, became the Beast Empire, an empire that nobody would ever be able to defy. Emperor Arthur the first of his kind, a merciless man that for his plans and for his safety he does not stop at anything, he shall kill innocents or not to show his dominance, to show his capabilities, like he did today, he brought death to his enemies, many of whom cried for mercy and forgiveness, they begged to become slaves rather than dying in this way, but Arthur killed them all, he decimated them.

Now you may ask what happened, for that to be answered we should go back in time when Arthur and his army reached Lawrence. What awaited them was a battle-ready army, ready to fight for its kingdom and its freedom. Arthur leading his army stepped forward and spoke to his enemies.''Today you shall die, you made a mistake making an enemy out of me, have you got any last words?''

The enemies were outraged by his speech, his disregarding attitude towards them like they were mere bugs, but that they were, at least for Arthur that is. Mere bugs whose existence was a mistake made by their creator.

The opposing army decided to attack their enemy and that is when Arthur took action. He snapped his fingers and the impossible happened, a nuclear mushroom was created, a nuclear explosion took place in Lawrence kingdom destroying anything and anyone within. The opposing army was engulfed by the aftermath of the explosion and died from the fumes. Radioactive energy destroyed their bodies, making them unrecognizable, even their mothers would be unable to recognize them. It was a gory sight, a sight that was engraved in every single man that witnessed this scene. Later historians will say that this attack was like hell was unleashed, as if a volcano erupted suddenly from the ground but it was not it was Arthur utilizing his newly developed spell after his power-up, a spell that with the snap of the fingers created such an explosion that no living organism could withstand except of course for him.

After Arthur destroyed everything he snapped his other hand's fingers and lo and behold life was created anew, the river started flowing through the lands, animals that had previously been slaughtered were brought back to life, mountains that were leveled rose up and the plantation came back to life as well, nothing could prove the previous destruction except for the absence of the human race from this world. That was the might of Arthur, he could take the lives of all the living as easily as he could bring life to the dead ones. He had essentially ascended to a realm unknown to anyone from this world, to the realm of divinity. He had become a divine creature, essentially a god in mortal's eyes, but he knew he was nothing in front of those other strong people in other worlds, but he would soon become as powerful as them, and eventually, he would surpass and destroy them. He alone would rule anything that exists, he alone would stand at the top looking down to all the bugs that dared think of him as their equal, that was Arthur's mentality, the mentality of a beast, of a predator, of an apex being.
