Chapter 8: Dolling up

As Ava went home, she saw Emily waiting for her on the couch, Ava went and sat beside Emily and said "Hi bestie!!" Emily "You are late and Hi yourself" she said with a slight angry face. "I'm hungry" Emily said in a still angry tone. Ava then realised they talked about having lunch together, Ava was suddenly filled with guilt and said "uhhh.... Emily baby sorry dear... I will make you your favourite Red sauce pasta and Avacado sandwich, you go and freshen up, while you get fresh up I will cook lunch for you." Emily replied "ok but tell me first what you have done, that you want to bribe with my favourite food? and I will get fresh up later." Ava swallowed and said "I.... I.... Ummm I had lunch..... with Mr.Ethan, as he was hungry on the way home, he asked and I couldn't say no." Emily faked her angry face for a few seconds and then later she just laughed and said "Oh my God, my little girl is growing up having dates after dates, and hope you just had food come home" she said laughing and winking at Ava. Ava blushed and replied "Emily I seriously doubt it whether you think anything beside that thing, and it was not a date, we just had lunch as we both were hungry and talked a little" while saying this Ava went to the kitchen to cook for Emily. "Oh hoo now both to be lovers are in a talking phase, I want to know what you talked about, if the things are normal enough to share" Emily said with laughter. Ava hit her hand slightly and said "It was nothing much we just talked normally and also we are not lovers, you stupid girl". "Oh girl, I'm not some dumb girl, who you can deceive by saying it was normal talk, tell me now or I will ask your boss itself in the evening, you know how I'm" Emily said with a cunning smile. Ava sighed and said "Ya ya I know, you girl can be tiring sometimes, you want to know everything. Ok I will tell but you can't tease me okay also don't speak in between or I won't finish the story or cooking" Ava said while chopping vegetables. Emily said Yes boss and sat on the kitchen counter, Ava laughed and continued "Okay... Actually nothing much I asked Mr. Ethan why did he ask me to be his date as I am not pretty or rich" Ava was still talking Emily was about to interrupt, but Ava raised her hand and gestured if she speaks Ava will stop both, Emily gestured zipping and locking her mouth, Ava smiled and continued "To which Mr. Ethan said he doesn't care if I'm rich or not, and for pretty he said I'm beautiful and said I look even more beautiful when I blush" she said looking down. Emily waited for her to continue, but when nothing came Emily said "Geeez .... Girl, how many times have I told you that you are beautiful, pretty, hot and sexy, you don't believe and don't underestimate yourself, anyone will be lucky to have you. If I was lesbian I would have proposed to you a long time ago" Emily says winking at Ava. Ava blushed and said I believe you in the softest voice while looking down. Emily laughed "Okay continue now" Ava sighed "You won't forget right? Okay later he asked why I didn't have a boyfriend, I told him in college days I was busy with studies and part time jobs, and now with my dream job so I don't and didn't have time for love and boyfriend. He asked which part time jobs I did, I told him, and he asked me to bake something for him." Emily said "You girl has hit a jackpot a handsome, fit man with a sweet tooth what a great combination." Ava laughed and said "hold your horses stupid girl, he is not my boyfriend or something to hit a jackpot, he is my boss." Emily said "Who says the boss can't be your boyfriend." Ava was done with cooking and listening to Emily, Ava hits her and says "Stupid girl with stupid theory, you have your lunch, I will go and take a bath" saying this Ava leaves the kitchen and goes to her room.

After Ava, Emily also goes to take a bath. After bathing both start to get ready. Emily styles Ava's hair in loose curls with the front side partition, for herself she does half updo bun with soft curls, while they finish styling their hair, the bell rings Ava goes and opens the door. When Ava opens the door some delivery boy is standing, he asks if it's Ava and Emily's home, she says yes he gives her 2 boxes and leaves. Emily comes out and asks who was on the door, Ava says it was a delivery boy, and he gave me two boxes and left didn't even say who has sent it, one has your name and the other has mine. Emily excitedly opens a box with her name on it, in which she sees a pair of red heels and a jewel box which had a pair of beautiful big red ruby earrings and simple necklace and a note saying "To the hot, and beautiful girl, from Victor with a red heart" reading that note Emily blushes and shows everything to Ava and tells her to open hers and see if it's from her boss. Ava opens the box with anxiety, she also finds a pair of black heels with rhinestones on it, a jewel box with a beautiful diamond necklace and a small pair of teardrop earrings and a note saying from Ethan. Ava likes everything, but as jewels were diamonds she was worried she might ruin it.

After seeing those Ava remembered Ethan saying your gift is waiting for you upstairs, and she smiled. They both resumed their makeup. Emily did Ava's make up first, Ava was a beautiful girl who mostly didn't need more make up, so Emily highlighted her eyes with light smokey eyes with little glitter, a bold winged eyeliner with red lipstick. Emily told Ava to put on the dress, started doing her own Make up even though Emily didn't wear more makeup, she also just highlighted her eyes with slight red and bronze eyeshadow with winged eyeliner and bold red lipstick. While Emily finished her makeup Ava came out wearing the dress, Ava was looking more beautiful than usual Emily said "Girl everyone will be jealous because of how good you are looking, Ethan's gonna have a tough time today after seeing you." Ava blushed listening to her and said Emily go you also wear dress it's getting late they might come now. Emily went and wore her dress, she was looking like a model in her red dress, Ava said "Look at yourself you look like a top end model, like in those magazines, on the day of trial only Victor was having a tough time, today surely you won't be coming home I know that for sure now" Emily smiled at Ava. Both Ava and Emily wear jewels and heels given by their date and look at each other and they smile.

As they both were talking, the bell rang. Ava Emily both went to the door, Emily opened the door. Ethan and Victor both were standing in front of the door with beautiful flowers in their hand. Ethan wore an expensive three piece black suit looking as handsome and dashing as always, with a bouquet of white lilies in his hand. And Victor was wearing a three piece red suit and was looking handsome and had a bouquet of red roses in his hand. Both girls looked at men in front of them for a few seconds or minutes till they heard throat clearing from Ethan. Emily moved aside and called them inside. Both men gave flowers to their women and both said at a time they were looking pretty and smiled. While Ethan and Ava were looking at each other silently, Victor pulled Emily into a hug and whispered into her ear saying "Babygirl as I said before you are looking irresistible, I just want to tear this dress and make love to you" and kissed her cheeks. Emily blushed. Ethan said they have to hurry before it gets late for them. They all come down. Downstairs a limousine was parked in front of their apartment, seeing that Emily asked with so much excitement "Are we going in that?" Victor laughed and said "Yes babygirl." Behind them Ethan and Ava were coming Ava laughed and said we have never been in these rich guy vehicles so she is happy, Ethan smiles and holds Ava's hand and guides her to the limousine. Once they all are settled, Ethan tells the driver to move.
