"Out of my way, Frayer!" I panicked, shoving against his broad chest with all the strength I could muster. He didn't budge an inch. He stood on the porch like a brick wall, his hazel eyes locking onto my masked face. He dropped the paper bag of pastries onto the wooden porch bench without taking his eyes off me.
