We arrived at the restaurant where David was waiting for us, “His over there” I said to Michelle who wanted to vanish but I just laughed looking at her focusing on getting to David’s table
“Hey!” I cheerfully greeted David who was paying attention to the documents he had
“Hello!” He responded without looking at us, he was a very handsome man who was still single at 43 years, at one point I had a thing for him as well but with time I grew up considering him a brother
“You are late!” He said without looking at us
