Shawn’s POV
Many times, in life we tend to do things without thinking about the consequences in the future. We do things when we are upset without thinking about it but only regret after everything is said or done.
“Whose Mariana?” Camilla asked as she ran traces on my bare chest, we made love after five months of being away from each other but it felt like it was the first time with her.
“Mariana is….” I said swallowing hard as she looked up at me wanting to hear what I was about to tell her.
“She’s my fiancée,” I said to her looking into her eyes, desperation, confusion and uncertainty written all over her face as she blinked back the tears that were about to fall from her eyes.
