Ash shot up in fear, sending us and the chair flying back. I closed my eyes, and we disappeared from the dining hall to land in the grass of the flower garden at the hill, where we both rolled together in a tangled mess. It ended with me on top of him again. A blush rose on my cheeks as we stared into each other's faces. He smiled, and I leaned down to plant my lips on his in a quick kiss before he could wrap his arms around me, I vanished and appeared in front of his head before peering down at him.
“Need help up Your Highness?” I asked, grinning mischievously once more.
He climbed to his feet and asked, “How did you do that?”
So, I did it again, this time behind him so I could tap his shoulder making him whirl toward me concerned, “Seriously Leah, how did you learn to do that?”
