Zander's POV
What's taking her so long?
She usually gets here before us, but now, we've been sitting here for about fifteen minutes and she still hasn't arrived. My wolf is already pacing restlessly inside my mind. He had been adamant about spending more time with our mate since he felt her wolf's presence.
"I told you we should just mark her!" he growled. "It will help heal her wolf completely!"
"Her name is Athena," I told him to calm him down a little, but of course, it didn't work.
"Mark her!" he roared.
"You know I can't do that. At least not yet." My father had been keeping his eyes on me because of what happened to Lucas. He was convinced that I knew things and I'd been keeping them from him.
I almost instantly calmed down when I finally felt her presence inside the cafeteria
