For a second, Leone just stared at me like he couldn’t quite believe what he had just heard.

Before I could even react, he pulled me into another hug and lifted me slightly off the ground, spinning me around like he had completely forgotten where we were. I let out a small laugh, gripping onto his shoulders as he set me back down, his hands still holding onto me like I might disappear if he let go.
“You’re serious?” he asked, searching my face like he needed to confirm it again.
“I’m not joking about something like that,” I replied, raising a brow slightly.
