There was a chuckle on the other side of the line and the person proceeded to say, “Wouldn't you like to know.”
Ok, there was absolutely no need to keep up with this s**t. It was obviously a prank call and an unnecessary one at that.

“Don't hang up Nyx. Tomorrow, at your office. 9am.” and he hung up.
I stared at my phone in surprise, any urge to cry had long gone due to the strange call.
