After that awkward moment at Mrs. Jones, Taylor and I didn't say anything to each other. We just sat looking straight ahead

"Oh thank God. I thought I was gonna die" Carlos said grabbing Libby and practically jumping out of the car escaping the awkward silence and the stifling air
I sighed before reaching for the handle to get out but I noticed that Taylor still hadn't moved his hands from the wheel and gear so I looked at his feet and noticed it was ever so slightly on the gas
"James aren't you getting out" Turner said
