A Sapphire Luna and Beta

Chapter2

Xander Pov.

Ugh! I hate these meetings. But as future Alpha/ CEO I have to attend along with my twin brother Xavier.

One day, the Blue Moon pack and Black Enterprises will become mine, with my brother to help me run them both.

I plan to lead like my father; a true firm fair Alpha. Whilst I will look after my pack members and employees, I will not stand for any nonsense, I will eliminate any threat to the safety of the pack. Of course, the one thing that is missing is my Luna.

I have she wolves throwing themselves at mine and my brothers' feet all wanting one thing, the Luna title. I'm saving myself for my one true mate, my brother. He hasn't slept with anyone, but he does make out a lot.

My brother and I both look like our Father Jet Black hair, the same facial features except for the eyes. I have my Dad's hazel eyes and Xander has Mum's grey eyes. We both stand at a colossal 6ft 6. Muscular stature its safe to say we are going to be a handful for our mates.

The meeting wraps up. It was boring and, according to the board, it couldn't wait. It was over the business we are taking over. The board wished to discuss redundancies. Of course, any redundancies would be kept a minimum and we can redeploy.

“I don't know about you guys, but I could go for a run.”

“Tell me about it I need a stretch”. My wolf Jax links.

My Dad looks at his watch

“sorry guys but we need to go home Juliet and Amber returned yesterday and I want to see my God daughter”.

I recollect Dad mentioning his goddaughter and her Mum returning, as I recall Juliet's mate, Amber's father, passed away in a car accident.

We arrive back at Blue Moon. It does feel so good to be back home. I see my dad mind linking

“Your mum wants to meet her in the living room with Juliet and Amber”. My Dad smiles at the mention of Amber. The last time I saw Amber she was 16.

As we approach the pack house I can feel Jax becoming agitated. I try to ask him about it but before I can, mum is calling me from the car.

We go straight to the living room.

“Juliet Amber its so good to see you both”. My dad greets two she wolves. The one that catches my eye – beautiful olive-coloured skin, long curly auburn hair and striking ice-blue eyes. I can't sense her wolf yet. I feel myself growing hard

“Dude, you see what I see?”. Xander whispers

Amber Pov.

I've had an amazing first few days at Blue moon; I've become best friends with Duke and met his mate, Nelson, and started school.

Siri has made some amazing plans for my birthday.

Mum seems happier she has got herself a job at the pack hospital.

In this pack, students are allowed their special birthdays off, so since my birthday is tomorrow - Friday, what a way to end the school week.

Duke drops me off at home

“See you tomorrow at your party, gorgeous”

“Bye Duke. See you at my party”.

I head inside my house. Mum, Nana and Pops are helping with last-minute things

“Don't look!” Mum immediately pushes me upstairs. Pops and Nanna do their best to shield stuff. I have to laugh

I'm lying in bed. I cant sleep. I look at my clock 24:02. I'm officially 18 years old. I start to feel a little off. My pulse quickens, I'm sweating, I have a headache. I realise it's my wolf. I try to focus on

“Hello Beautiful!” I yelp. The smooth voice chuckles

“Relax my love. I'm Sapphire. It's wonderful to be able to speak to you at last”. Wow! She sounds amazing. I start to imagine what she will look like, what adventures we will get up to and who our mate will be.

“Slow down Amber, I share the same thoughts and memories. The answer to your questions will be revealed in time. I'm going to rest now.”

“OK, Sapphire, speak to you soon”

I feel her relax. I then drift off.

I'm woken by a commotion downstairs. Two male voices and my mum

“Alpha Beta it's Amber's 18th Birthday today! What is going on?”

“How can we have the same mate? I don't understand!” Two mates!

“Sapphire, what's going on? How can I have two mates?”

“It seems the moon goddess has blessed us with an Alpha and a Beta. I think you had better go downstairs. It sounds like Mum is having problems controlling our mates”.

I grab my dressing gown. The moment I step foot into the lounge, Xander and Xavier both look up.

“Mate” they growl together. They both swoop in on me. They start smelling me, I feel both their hands move up and down my body. I start to feel a little overwhelmed

“Boys, control yourselves!” A voice booms. Its Alpha Jake. I look up to see both Xander and Xavier shake their heads and back off.

“Sorry Amber. I don't know what came over me. Please forgive me”. Xander then goes over to my mum.

“Please accept our apologies”. He takes my mum's hand and gently raises it to his mouth.

“It's truly a pleasure to meet you”

“Yeah sorry Amber. I promise you that we will never do anything to hurt you. I guess we got carried away. By the way, Happy Birthday”. Xavier kisses my cheek. I smell lavender and watermelon. Sapphire purs.

After a quick shower, I get dressed and put my hair up into my signature messy bun. Mum Pops, Nanna and I head up to the pack house. Outside waiting to greet me are Uncle Jake, Aunt Siri, Xander and Xavier.

“Happy Birthday!”

We head inside the living room, which has been decorated in my favourite colour. There are presents everywhere.

Xavier Pov

I have always been a bit of a play boy, the future Beta. Don't get me wrong. I take my role very seriously, but out of the two of us I know how to let my hair down.

I've always enjoyed flirting with she wolves and human girls. I like women. That doesn't mean that I've had s*x. No, I'm saving that for my mate. She will be the first and last to feel me between her legs.

We arrive back after yet another dull meeting. The humans on the board decided the situation regarding the take over important and should be dealt with immediately.

An old friend of Mum's and Dad's had lost her mate and her daughter Amber, I believe is their god daughter. I recall meeting her a few times, very pretty

On the day of Amber's 18th Birthday, Xander and I find ourselves outside Amber's house.

“Bronx what the f**K man! How is it that both Xander and I have the same mate?”

“Sometimes, on rare occasions, the moon goddess pairs two brothers with one mate or two sisters with one mate”

“Xander, it seems on rare occasions the moon goddess will pair two siblings with one mate. I guess Amber will be both our Luna and Beta. I guess we're just going to have to learn to share”.

The front door opens to reveal Juliet. I can smell mate. I smell pineapple. It's mouth watering.

“Alpha? Beta? It's Amber's 18th today. What's going on?”

I see her Amber. My god, she is amazing. The night dress and dressing gown she is wearing clings to her figure in all the right places, her beautiful auburn hair falls effortlessly down her back and sides.

“Mate!” Xander and I growl together. We both make a move lust fuelled not thinking.

We pin her up against the wall and smell her scent. I cant get enough.

“Boys put her down immediately”. It's our dad using his Alpha tone. We have no choice but to obey

I look at Xavier who is shaking his head, Amber who is standing in the middle of us. Her mother doesn't appear to understand what is going on.

Xander and I both make our apologies and go back to the house with Dad.

“Boys? What was all that about? You do know that Amber is my god-daughter?”

“Dad, I know she is but she also happens to be mine and Xavier's mate. I'm sorry, but I allowed Jax to take over for a moment before we knew what was happening.”

“Yeah Bro! You're welcome!”

“Are you f**king kidding me? Bronx, what you did was not OK. You need to remember that she is not only our mate but Xander's too.”

“So what? I want to mate her and mark her”

“Bronx chill out. We don't want to overwhelm her, she's just lost her father, she's moved to a new pack. She has just turned 18 and, to add more, she has just found out that she is not only our future Luna but our future Beta. Give the girl a chance to breathe. We need to take this at her pace!”

“Aw man!”

“So help me, Bronx, you take over without my consent again. There will be consequences!!!”.

I shove him to the back of my mind and cut him off so he can cool down.

“Hey bro, what are we going to get for Amber's birthday?”
