Isabelle clicked her seat belt, and Casey started the car. “Can we have the radio on?” Cooper asked, and Casey obliged. A familiar song came on, and Cooper began to sing along. “God is on the moon, God is on the moon!” With her hand over her mouth to hide her smile, Isabelle caught Casey’s eye as he headed out of the parking lot. “I think they’re saying ‘move,’ buddy,” he mentioned, but if Cooper heard or understood, it didn’t matter as he continued to sing along loudly. “I guess you get a lot of time to listen to the radio.” Isabelle decided to try her hand at small talk while Cooper was preoccupied. “That’s for sure,” he agreed. “I was listening to an audiobook, but I doubt Cooper would want to listen to that.
