Chapter 13
Dara was on a rampage, and with just twenty minutes before the Thanksgiving Play was set to begin, Isabelle wasn’t sure what to do to calm the PTA president down. All of the kids with speaking parts were huddled in a classroom near the cafeteria where the stage was set up and ready to go. Each of them looked adorable in their costumes. The choir was next door, also looking spiffy, and while there were a few students who hadn’t followed the, “Please be at the school thirty minutes before the production is to begin,” guidelines, all of them were just part of the choir and could find their spots as they came in.
