THERESE’S POV
I slammed the door behind me.
I was about to go to work when I bumped into Ximon outside the elevator. He caught me off-guard so I wasn’t able to react immediately giving him time to grab my arms.
“Please Babe, we need to talk.” His voice sent different emotions to my heart but I’m not yet willing to listen to anything.
I successfully freed myself from him and without second thoughts. I went dashing back here to my unit. I’m sure he will follow me to the office and I certainly wouldn’t want to make a scene there.
