"What?" Raymond furrowed his brow impatiently.
"He hasn't signed the contract yet," Lilian whispered.
"At a time like this, you're still thinking about the contract?" Raymond was astonished. "What's going on in that head of yours?"
"I worked so hard with Sadie for so long! Can't let it go to waste," Lilian explained.
Raymond's gaze turned sharp as he looked at Liam. His voice was all stern.
"Banned by Pluton Group or sign the contract. Your call."
"I'll sign the contract! I'll sign it!"
Liam nodded repeatedly, crawling over to pick up the discarded contract nearby. He knelt down, signed it, and then held it up with both hands to offer it over.
As Raymond took the contract, Liam pleaded, "Raymond, since Ms. Ashcroft is unharmed... maybe we shouldn't alert your legal team after all?"
