"KAELYN “Go, go,go.” Dareth practically pushed me towards Evren as he walked down paths I'm not familiar with. “I thought you said the student council union did nothing?”! I snapped at Dareth. He smirked, “Do you really believe that?” He raised a brow. “The student council team is made up alpha's from strong packs namely Dusk watch–” “Storm bound and Moon Born Pack, I know that.” I cut him short. He narrowed his eyes and then flicked his fingers against my forehead. “Ouch.” “How dare you cut me off when I'm speaking? If you do this in public, you'd be roasted.” “I didn't what you to waste your breath, Alpha Prince.” I huffed. He smirked, “The prime alpha's beta,” he moves a tree trunk that blocked our path, “And two other kids. Calrix, smart, Soren, strong, you, I don't really know.” I twitched my lips as I looked away. “Of course, the council doesn't simply sit still. We enforce order as secret agents of Verelen.” “Dareth.” Evren called, “You keep him too much of things.” “He's one of us now, so–” “He won't last, I'll make sure of that.” Evren cut him off, eyes pinned on me. He hated me. I could see it through his eyes, but why? Because I lied and sneaked into Storm Academy? Is he kidding me? “Is this a occultic group? If you want me to sign by blood, I'm not interested.” I said sharply. “Occultic group my foot.” Dareth said and walked off to a table of weapons. Soren stared at me blankly as he walked past, while Rhythe. He simply picked a sword and stretched it towards me. I blinked. “Silver coating?” He stared at me blankly. How could I take a sword with silver coating? It would burn me and weaken both me and my wolf. “If you can't even hold a sword with silver, how can you be a member of the student council?” “It might easy for you to say but you are the ‘prime’ alpha prince. You have the power to hold silver which I don't!” I shot at Evren. “Rhythe is holding it. Is he….” Evren walked towards me, irritation laced on his face, “is a prime alpha prince?” I gulped, my stomach knotting. “You can quit here if you can't go further. It would be easier for us.” Evren said, “You were not qualified to be here in the first place.” He nodded, walking off. I gritted my teeth as everyone stared at me. They seemed to be comfortable with it. I had noticed Evren's sword had silver, but right now…I'm to hold a silver sword? This training was harsh even on normal alphas, not to speak about people like me. He's going deep into the forest, walking so far away from us. Anger seeped into my bones as I looked at him. One. Two. My eyes narrowed as I grabbed the sword from Rhythe’s hand. It burned, sending flames into my bones. I gritted my teeth, summoning everything in me not to drop the sword. Instead, I take three steps towards the nearest tree on my right, and jumping towards it, I aimed directly for Evren. I'm not trying to kill him,.just asking for war. The sword sliced through thin air as Evren effortlessly tilted his body so slightly. “Ah!” I gasp as my eyes widened, my body succumbing to the force of gravity. Something grabbed me just as my face planned to hit the dirt. Evren bent slowly, his hand grabbing the back of my clothes, so tight I almost couldn't breath. Then he c****d his head, “Kaelyn. Are you trying to kill me?” I scoffed, smirking. “Who would dare kill the prime alpha?” I asked and jumped back to my feet before he could let go of me. He stepped backwards, staring at me and at the sword in my hand. His eyes narrowed at me. “You are going to regret this.” “But if I win, you'd let me stay in the student council.” I said. “Can you even take what happens in the student council? Sooner or later, you'd leave by yourself. Why do I have to fight with you to get you to do that?” I smirked, ‘For your ego. People are watching you.” “Then if I win,” his brows notched upwards slowly, “what are you going to do for me?” “I would leave the council if you tell me to.” I smirked. “That's too easy like I said.” He c****d his head. “Then what do you want?” “I'll tell you, “ he smiled, “after the fight.” That's a blank check, but my ego doesn't let me listen as I rushed towards him, swinging the sword in the air. Thank you, Kaiven for teaching a girl how to fight. The sword passed over his head as bent backwards slowly, avoiding it. My legs carried me past him, a wrong move, because he stabbed two fingers right into my tummy, sending painful waves to my back and throat. My legs halt as blood escaped from my lips. “I warned you.” He said flatly, his voice devoid of emotions. He could kill me right now and wouldn't care. My skin sizzled again from the burning of the silver, but I refused to drop the sword. Such a small amount but it's weakening me so much. “Till you win, Evren.” I said. “Pull out your sword and stop making me look like a weakling.” I shot, rushing towards him again. I refused to let him hit me this time as I rolled on the ground, disappearing under his arm and appearing by his back. He shouldered me, pulling me by the arm, back to his front, before he hit the sword out of my palm. I raised my free hand, ready to hit me in the sensitive part of his chest, but he is faster. He grabbed the second arm, crossing it against my chest and hooking it at my back. My back is against him, rubbing against his chest as I tried to pull away from his grip. “Let….me…go.” I muttered. He scoffed, leaning closer to me, so close that his voice trickles into my ear like sweet poison. “So tell me, Kaelyn, who won?” I gritted my teeth, my body vibrating from the intensity of the insult! “You cheated.” I snapped. “How?” He asked. “You took the sword out of my hand!” I gritted my teeth. “You are courageous.” He said and spinned me around to face him, as he forcefully pulled my palm open, “Using a silver sword that is actually harming you.” “You forced me to carry it.” I shot, my voice quavering from intense anger. I hate the fact that he won. I hate the fact that I lost. I hate the fact that I even have to speak with him in the first place!; “You were supposed to carry it for just a minute. The poison of the silver wouldn't hurt you if you handle it, minute at a time. But on your first day, you've been playing around with it. Even if you…” he leaned close to me, whispering, “are a Luna. Your wolf would not be able to heal this poison in a month.” He dropped my hand like it burned him and pulled away from me. “We'll end the training here today.” He announced loudly and started to walk off. “Evren!” He didn't stop. “Prime Alpha Prince!” I screamed loudly into the night as I grabbed his shoulder, pulling him back to me. My fingers grazed through the button of his clothes, sending pain through my bloody palm. His white uniform now stained with fingerprints of blood. He gritted his teeth, “Kaelyn.” I swallowed, stepping backwards slowly. “I…I just wanted to know….your bet.” I muttered, my voice shaking so bad I hated it. Stupid Prime Alpha Prince! He stared at me blankly before he smirked, “I only bet with one rule.” He said. I blinked, “What?” He didn't wait for me as he walked away. Soren followed after him and then, Dareth, who clicked his tongue.”Psst,psst,psst. I can't tell if this is blatant courage or stupidity.” He said, staring at my palm. “Even Alphas doesn't play around silver like you did.” He shook his head. I sighed. He started leaving, “Room 17 right, I'll send my beta to bring you a balm. Make sure to use it.” He said, disappearing. Calrix walked towards me, his white hair flowing in the wind. It beautifully paired with his white under garment. He stretched his hand towards me, a white handkerchief on it. “Clean the blood.” He said as I took it and walked past me. Now, it was just me and Rhythe and a white handkerchief in my other palm. I looked away, standing awkwardly. Why isn't he leaving? “The one bet rule of the Prime Alpha Prince.” He said flatly after a quiet minute. I swallowed. Hope it won't be something crazy? Why did a give him a blank request in the first place? “You are to everything he asks of you from now.” Do every….wait, what?! “What?!”
