The Father of My Child is My Bully

Chapter 7

"H-hi" he says, looking shocked to see me. "Daddy, do you know aunty Katja and Mia?" He says innocently. He was just about to open his mouth, but i spoke over him. "Of course he knows me. We were best friends" I say as I give Henry a death glare. " Did you have a good time with daddy?" katja asks Daniel as she reaches for his hand. "Yeah. He put lipstick all over my face" He says and we all begin to laugh. Wait. Lipstick? WOMEN'S LIPSTICK!? " So you've got a girlfriend or something?" I ask as i cross my arms. His face completely drops. "I-I uh..." He stutters as he scratches the back of his head. He was definitely hiding something. "Well?" I ask again. He started avoiding eye contact. "Do you guys want some cheese cake?" He randomly asks with a dumb look on his face. DOES HE TAKE ME FOR AN i***t?! "No thank you. Daniel has a playdate which we're running late for." Riele answers awkwardly as Henry nods his head, looking more relieved than upset.

IN THE CAR     "Riele's P.O.V"

"Didn't i tell you guys to stay in the car?!" I whisper shout. "Come on Riele, he's hiding something. When I asked him why he had women's lipstick, he dodged the question straight away! I bet he's still sleeping around with girls" I don't say anything, because that is the only Henry I know. But know he's changed. I know it. "Either way, it's his business" I say as I approach Mia's house. "Oh, so you want a bunch of hoe's going near your son?" She comments as I stop the car. "Of course not. But just give him a chance" She rolls her eyes and gets out the car. "Thanks for the ride" She says in an annoyed tone and shuts the door. I sigh and drive to the park where Daniel is suposed to have his play date. I'm taking Katja with me beacause she live near that specific park.

We arrived at the Park. Katja gets out the car, walks over to me, put her hand on my shoulder and says"It's okay. I'll talk to Mia" She says in her sweet, soothening voice. I nod. "Thank you" I say and smile as I grap Daniels hand. After saying goodbye to Katja, I took Daniel to his play date.

~2 hours later~

We are on our way back home with Daniel half asleep in the back seat. I finally arrive back home and find Henry waiting outside of my house. I get the remote control out of my bag to open the gate. After entering, I close the gate and get out of the car. " How do you know where I live?" I asked confused "I've got conections" He answers as he looks into the car and see's Daniel sleeping peacefully. A small smile appear on his face as he turns back to look at me. "I was thinking... could we have dinner...together?." For some reason my heart starts beating really fast as the air is filled with akwardness. "S-Sure...Daniel would love that" As i say that, his smile grows even bigger. He opens the car door and takes Daniel in his arms as Daniel is fast asleep. It was a beautiful sight to me. A sight i have been longing for, for a long time.

I open the door and let Henry in while he's holding Daniel. I close the door and led Henry to the livingroom to leave Daniel on the sofa. "So, what do you want for dinner?" I say as i start to walk towards the kitchen. Henry gets up from the sofa and follows me. "Hey..." I stop walking and turn around to look at him. " Maybe we should spend christmas together" As he says that, I stand there frozen. For some reason i felt something warm inside of me and started to nod my head like a little child. He smiles warmly and begins to pat my head. " How about some...lamb for dinner." I nod my head and run to kitchen. I entered the kitchen and open the freezer to get the lamb. Once i stand up, i saw that Henry was in the kitchen. "Is something wrong" I ask worriedly. He shakes his head. " I'm helping" I stood there in shock at what he just said. I slowly and hesitantly begin to nod my head, and give him instructions.

KATJA'S P.O.V

I suddenly hear a knock on the door. I roll off the bed and violently hit the ground. I groan in pain as I begin to rub my forehead. I get up and limp towards the door. I opened the door to see Mia. "Mia?" I say in a surprised tone . She doesn't say anything and just pushes past me. I sigh and close the door. I walk into the living room and see her sitting on the couch with her feet up on the coffee table while smoking a cigarette.

I lean against the wall as I watch her. "I cant believe it. Even after all this time, you still love him" She takes the cigarette out off her mouth and looks at me. " Shut up! You know nothing! " She shouts in anger as i roll my eyes. I walk towards her. " Even after everything he's done to you." She continues to look at me in fury. "I won't let him be with her!" I slam my hand on the table. "He's the father of her child! You have to let this go!" I suddenly feel a burning and stinging sensation on my cheek. The b***h slapped me. "Get out" i simply say while pointing towards the door. I see a tear rolling down her cheeck as she grips on to the hand she slapped me with. "I'm so sorry... I didn't mean to-" "Get out!" I cut her of by screaming like a mad woman. I'm sick of having to put up with her drama and I'm sick of being her bunching bag whenever she's angry. She doesn't say anything and leaves my apartment.
