Ava’s POV
The chirpings of the birds and the cod breeze from the windows had woken me up from my deep sleep, one that fell on me immediately after Alpha Grindley had banged me so hard yesterday.
I yawned tirelessly, making sure my back was still functioning by stretching with my eyes closed.
Looking beside me, I realized Alpha Grindley was gone, but his scent filled everywhere.
“My phone…” I whispered, yanking off the clothes from my body. I quickly dashed out of bed and aimed towards the bathroom, calling out his name to be sure he wasn't inside so I wouldn't be getting myself into trouble.
