How did Alpha Grindley find me without the mark?
"I thought you said the mate mark was gone, Neva? So how did he find me?" I questioned, as I watched Lucian stare at me.
"Come with me," he commanded, while I watched Lucian follow quietly.
Honestly, if not for the fact that I was so stupid back in the human city, how the hell would I have given my boy to a common beta.
"Well, you didn't know that. You were only trying not to lose your job," Neva replied while I heard the door shut close.
Just as Neva mentioned my boss, I couldn't help but remember Aunt Jane, and Penny.
I miss them so much. How did I get here?
