There was no voice in my head telling me this was a terrible idea- it’d been almost eleven years, but Butch wasn’t different where it counted. Prison had shaped him, but his core was pure. And I was going to taint him. Consequences be damned. “You can’t spend all night flirting with me and then tell me to leave you alone.” Blinking at my own murmur, I frowned deeply as my mind churned slightly faster.
