I was about to answer Gavin when I heard someone else's footsteps. I look to my right and found an approaching shadow of a man. I looked back to Gavin but he was nowhere to be seen. He vanished into thin air. Or maybe not. Maybe they just use glamor to camouflage themselves with their surroundings. Nevertheless, I strengthened my grip on the easel. Not easing one bit on my grip, I swung it to the approaching man and it hit him square in his midsection. I heard him groan and fell on his knees. His cap dropped when he fell. He was clutching his abdomen, full of pain from the smack of my easel. He was still groaning after a few minutes passed.
