Eli tried to think. From the helicopter, a dozen mechanical spiders the size of large dogs jumped out and landed on the King State Building. They broke through the windows and into the building. There were screams of terror from the people inside.
“We need a plan," Eli declared. “We need to disable that green force field, kill the robot spiders, and get all the people out."
“I just want to get Mo out. Everything else isn't really my problem," Blaze replied.
Eli glared at him. “There are innocent people in there."
“And I'm a supervillain. Did you forget?"
“Fine," Eli conceded. “Help me get in there, and kill off any spiders that come after us, and you get Mo out. I'll take care of the Doctor and the rest."
“Sounds good to me."
