I wake up to incredible brightness. The sun has got to be filtering through the curtains, and it’s somehow getting directly into my eyeballs. When the back of my eyelids goes pink, I groan and move over onto my side, trying to hide away from the glow. Except I’m sleeping in the living room, and the curtains are definitely drawn because of the cold.
