Dax’s POV
I let Cat get out of bed and head to her room. I didn’t want to at all and it pissed Rocky off at me for letting her go, but we still needed to give her time. Her heat should be over, so we had no reason to make her stay here.
“Where did our little mate go?” Axel asked as soon as he woke up.
“Back to her room. She said she needed some time alone.”
“OH,” he said, sound a little sad.
“I guess we should get up and work. We have been in this room for two days.”
“I guess, but I would prefer it if she came back and got in bed with us.”
“Me too.”
I got out of Axel’s bed and headed for my room. I needed a shower and clean clothes. I heard Axel get up and head to his bathroom as well.
“Can you make mate come back? I miss her.” Rocky linked me.
