After we all ate something, we showed George his room and also Eli, Sarah, and Julie and left them all to get some rest. Cat and I walked to Dax’s room again. As soon as we got there, Cat crawled into bed with Dax and started sobbing again. I walked over to her side and pulled up a chair and just rubbed her back while I let my mind run wild with thoughts.
We had been here for several hours and Cat had fallen asleep a while ago, but the phone went off with a text and she jumped out of bed wide awake. I pulled my phone out, and it was Jeff. It was an address and said you have two hours.
