“Come in,” Jesse ordered without taking his eyes off me.
The door opened and two of his men walked in, each carrying a tray loaded with food. I sat up slightly on the bed as they approached, blinking in surprise when I realized they weren’t just carrying one tray, but two.
I raised a brow. “Wait… two trays?”
Jesse leaned back in the chair beside the bed, looking far too pleased with himself.
I blinked again, then laughed. “Jesse! Just how much do you think I’m going to eat?”
