Chapter 14: Connecting the Dots

Top: "Hey Lexus, remember when Elisha gave me her Dcash number a while back?"

Lexus: "Yeah, what about it?"

Top: "Well, I suddenly remembered it, and I'm wondering how this Dcash thing works."

Lexus: "Dcash? Oh, that's a digital wallet app, right? It requires a valid ID to create and verify the account before you can use it."

Top: "Right. Well, the thing is, when I tried to use the number Elisha gave me, it showed that the account was unverified."

Lexus: "Hmm, that's strange. Let me double-check that for you."

Top: "Thanks. Let me know what you find."

Lexus: "Okay, I just checked, and you're right. It's definitely not a verified account, so the name of the owner isn't showing."

Top: "That's what I thought. But here's an idea – what if we try calling the number using a dummy phone number to see if a girl answers?"

Lexus: "That could work. It's worth a shot, at least. I'll give it a try tomorrow and let you know what happens."

Top: "Sounds good. Thanks, Lexus. Let's see if we can finally unravel this mystery."

As the sun rose on a new day, Lexus wasted no time in carrying out their plan. With determination in his heart, he dialed the mysterious phone number, hoping for answers that would finally shed light on the truth. But as the seconds ticked by, his hopes began to wane as the line remained silent. Lexus: "Hey Top, I tried calling the number like we discussed, but it's not reachable. It seems like we've hit another roadblock in our quest for the truth."

Top: "Really? That's disappointing. I was hoping we'd finally get some answers."

Lexus: "Yeah, me too. But don't worry, we'll figure this out. We just have to keep pushing forward and exploring every avenue until we uncover the truth."

Top: "You're right. We can't give up now, not when we're so close. Let's keep digging and see where it takes us."
