Beta John Point of view
This current realm is odd. No supernatural beings are around. Well, none that haven't been experimented on. It feels weird to be the only true supernatural being in the land. It is unnatural. Lukas told me of the man who decided to complete these experiments. He is a specialized military general who works for the secret military. That is the problem with humans; too many secrets. Secrets can be useful and beneficial at times, but mostly they just muddy the water.
Lukas is not the type of wolf that you can just ask questions. He is silent, stoic. I am wondering though why my wolf feels him cower every time we are near. I am certain that I am a Beta, it is Ares that should be cowering.
"Lukas" I asked, "Is there a reason you wolf cowers to a Beta?"
