“You’ll need to change your steering rack, Murphy. That's the cause of the noise you hear and the reason for the stiff steering.” Electra says to the man as she walks out, wiping her greasy hands on a napkin.
“Great! Another reason for me to come here, so that I can gaze upon your pretty face.” Murphy says with a grin.
Electra rolls her eyes and shakes her head.
Murphy is one of her regulars at the auto-shop. An old guy in his seventies, but for Murphy, age is just a number as he never fails to openly flirt with Electra whenever he comes by.
He's one of the few that has never judged her or her work. Instead, he's thrilled by her capabilities and never doubts her skills. She lets him be, entertaining his naughtiness. He means no harm and she can handle him.
