LARA: The Lycanthrope Vendetta

EPISODE 2

As usual Jasmine, her younger sister Daisy and her grandfather Mr Basin were sitting at the library..where the grandfather would be telling or reading novels for them..but this time he was telling them the story that he claimed to be a true story..

“ But the wolfman didn't give up until he finally found them.. and to his surprise..the people he wanted to take revenge from were always right in front of his eyes.. ” Mr Basin narrated..

Daisy: Did the wolfman kill them after he found out Grandfather? **She asked curiously**

Jasmine was busy typing on her phone but kept getting distracted as she wanted to concentrate on the story even after she mentioned earlier that she was interested and doesn't believe in such creatures called werewolves.. she suddenly stopped typing, the hand that was even holding her phone was slowly going down as her eyes were only looking at Mr Basin to answer Daisy's question..

Jasmine: Grandfather, Daisy has asked you something? **She was impatient, she felt as if Mr Basin was taking too long to respond**

Daisy: ..but sister, you said that you don't like the story, what happened now?

Jas: Don't be silly Daisy, I was only doing this for you, you like the story right.. and since Grandfather was taking too long to answer you, I thought of maybe..Uhm, whatever.. I'm not still interested.. **She started typing jibrish, pretending that she is only concentrated on her phone**

Mr Basin: **He smiles looking at Jasmine** Listen to what happened next Daisy... **Jasmine side-glanced at her Grandfather but suddenly looked away as she caught Mr Basin looking at her**

“ Father.. Jasmine, Daisy.. ” Jasmine's mother Katherine walks up to the library to call everyone for lunch.

Kath: Father, the lunch is ready, you all come downstairs before it gets cold okay..

Jas: Let me walk with you mother, I wasn't really listening to grandfather's story anyway.. **Mr Basin and Daisy giggles** What guys? I'm not lying, why would I be Interested in the Wolfman story, the man who spent his most of time looking for hunters who murdered his father, he then decided to go to the city to look for them where he almost forgotten about his revenge because he fell in love with a beautiful woman...

Kath: Are you sure you weren't listening Jas? For me it seems like you know a lot more about the story..

Jas: Ahhhhh..**The cat caught Jas's tongue** I, Uhm...Did the wolfman kill them afterwards Grandfather? **They all laughed**

Mr Basin: How about we continue the story later my child.. right now let us go and have lunch..

They all walked out of the library and headed to the lunch table where Jasmine's dad John and her big brother Jayden were waiting for them..

Jayden: Finally they are here, I almost started eating without you guys.. I'm starving

John: What was the story about this time father?

Mr Basin: Jas will tell you..

Jas: But Grandfather I'm not good at narrating the story like you.. actually you are great.. one can listen to you telling them a story all day without getting bored..

With smile on their faces they started dishing up for themselves and started eating..

“ Tonight we are celebrating April's birthday at his place, starting time is 9 o'clock, come with Jason okay.. ” A text message from Lucia, Jas's best friend..

“ Jason is always busy with his friends, I don't think he will agree to come with me.. ” Jas replied

“ Just try convincing him friend, tonight everyone would be coming with their partners.. it's going to be fun, dancing and playing couple games ”

“ Okay I will try talking to him friend.. I guess Stephen would be there with you..” Jas texted

“ Yeah, and I also invited Jenny and Scarlett ”

Kath: Jas..

Jas: Yes mom..

Kath: Can you please put your phone aside and finish your food first..

Jas: Okay mom.. **She pushed the power off button on her phone and placed it down**

MEANWHILE, Lara and her friends were almost there to arrive at their destination..

Evan: Just give me a go-ahead Lara, I will kill these hunters as soon as we arrive at the human world.. **Since the hunters were the one leading the way ahead of them.. they couldn't hear any of their conversations**

Lara: No Evan, we are not familiar with their world, and as long as they are alive.. they are going to help us, lead us to other hunters..

Evan: We can figure something out Lara, we don't need their help at all..

Elizabeth: Evan is absolutely right Lara, sparing them would be the biggest mistake we ever commited..
