The ancient djinn was perhaps right...he was Alpha's friend before Arwaah but he had no idea that Alpha had grown to despise him after knowing what he was planning on doing to his own son.
And the more he hated him, the stronger his friendship with Arwaah became since he was the only close friend he was left with.
