Alisha's POV;
Days passed after that night and surprisingly I couldn't find the book.
I've searched for it everywhere, like I've turned the whole house down but I still couldn't find it. My suspicions were that someone hid them but who could it be?
Darien didn't get to know about it, then Daniel who saw me return with the book denied ever laying a hand on it.
I slept off that night and I woke up the next morning only to see it was no longer where I kept it, who could have taken it if it wasn't Daniel.
My thoughts were interrupted by a loud bang on the door and I knew it was Daniel. I needed no one to tell me he was the one.
"Mommy, come open your door, I found your book" Upon hearing him mention my book I quickly rushed to open the door.
