Chapter 22
"You again? What are you doing here?" Mr. Alex yelled, pointing a finger at me.
"How dare you yell at the alpha? I'm sorry, my lord, he forced his way in here claiming he's your father-in-law. Please forgive me," the guard in charge of the gate pleaded.
"It's okay, you can let him in," I turned to face Mr. Alex. "Come in," but he scoffed.
"Come inside? To do what? Not after what you did to me the other day. You nearly caused me a panic attack! You kept following me like you'd seen me before. Forget about what I came here for. I should get going now," he started walking away.
