Alisha's POV:
Daniel ran to hide behind my dad as soon as we opened the door; he knew what he did was wrong—leaving school during school hours. I need to ask him properly to be sure he's not making up stories to justify his actions.
It's obvious he looked happy staying with them. He's no longer in his uniform; he's wearing casual clothes. I wonder who changed him.
