My eyes widened at the silly question. How in God's name do I defend myself at this point?
"And who told you he's not my son? Wait, you again?" Henry appeared behind me. Seeing him gave me relief.
"You? Hmm. I didn't mean to embarrass her. I was only playing with her," Sonia panicked.
"I've warned you several times, Sonia. Don't push me to tell them your own story. You know you'll spend the rest of your life in jail. Don't make me do something I'll regret afterward," Henry threatened, getting me confused. What's this secret he knows about her that would ruin her if he dared say a word?
