Clara walked down the stairs with Adrian, her oldest son, behind her while she carried Adam, her youngest boy, in her arms. Sonia chuckled upon seeing them.
"Mom, who is she?" Adrian, her eldest son, asked, referring to Sonia, who was seated comfortably on the couch in their sitting room with her legs resting on the chair.
"Wow! Seems your mother hasn't told you. It's fine; I will tell you," Sonia chimed in before Clara could say a word.
"She's my friend; she's here too..." Sonia interrupted her before she could complete her statement.
"I'm not your friend, Clara; tell them the truth!" Sonia cut her off.
