Alisha's POV;
I watched from the stairs as Darien drove out of the compound with Daniel. At first, Daniel didn't want to leave with his dad, but after I convinced him to, he agreed to go.
I turned to Michael afterward. The moment I looked at him, he bent his head to the floor, knowing fully well what he had done.
"Why did you tell him? Didn't I tell you to let it slide?" He didn’t say a word; he just continued glaring hard at the floor while boiling with anger.
"Michael, what did you do? What did you say to him?"
"I told him what I was supposed to say to him. If we continue leaving him because he's the Alpha, then he will never know your worth. I wish we were there earlier; all this s**t would never have happened to you!" Michael blurted, clenching his fists.
