I didn't know what to do to pass the time. I was so impatient. I will always have Amy, Max, Rory, and Jayden, but this is different. This family could reject me. I have only met the people in the packhouse so far. I know I won't be able to meet every single wolf in our territory, but what anyone thinks of me is important.
"They will love you. Not just because your cousin is the Alpha either. If things had been done differently, then you would be the Alpha right now."
