A stupid grin is too adamant not to leave my face ever since the words of the doctor rings in my head.
“I swear to god, I have rarely seen a guy this scared for their wife.”
A quick glance at his fallen face was confirmation of her words. Regardless, the way he has intentionally left marks on my body to taunt Tan, I think I’ll let it pass.
After all, it’s been long.
“You know watching me all day wouldn’t sate your soul rather loving me would.” Adrian winked at me and I coughed being caught.
He acts smugly when he knows that I cannot get over him even after two years and more. I hate that he is right!
