Adrian’s POV
She’s doing amazing…
I was worried about her health and the toll it would take on her but she handled it absolutely fine. Once, I took her to the hospital, she was shivering. I held her but then her eyes fell on Theo who stood like ‘nothing happened’, she squeezed my hand assuring me that she’ll be fine.
I let her, reluctantly, go and saw her speed walk to Theo. They stood there awkwardly sharing few words. Sari was falling weak but Theo, remained stoic.
“I’ll be back, soon.” He assured us and left the hospital, taking me aback.
His wife will be undergoing operation in no less than few minutes! That was so unlike him. As I watched his retreating back, I felt someone stare at me.
