Grandfather's creations

Akoshka's POV As I walked the earth, I realized I should have started with this approach. The amenities might have been nicer if I had not destroyed everything. I needed clothes if I were going to wander around in human form. I found a dead girl that was pinned under some debris from a building that was nowhere on site. So I took her clothes and just started wandering. This world was so small to me, but from this angle it seemed huge. It felt good being free to roam after being trapped in a box for years. I came across a few of my mother's chosen people. I could tell it was them from the scent. All creatures had a scent, wolves had an earthy, outdoor smell, witches smelled like roses and sage, fairies smelled delightful, like everything freshly baked and squeezed into one, whereas vampires smelled like metal, blood, rust. I stood back and watched as they splashed in the water for a while. I moved and one of them froze, their ears perking up. He shifted and stood in all his glory, "Who is there?" He called out. The other two wolves with him shifted as well. Now they all stood waiting for my next move. I could smell their fear, and even though they were afraid, I had to admire that they did not immediately run. Instead, they waited to stare their opponent in the eye. I stepped from behind the tree and walked toward them, "Who are you?" The man was dripping wet, with a very muscular tone, slightly tanned, with very serious piercing brown eyes. He was handsome. I instantly wanted to touch him. "My name is ah," I almost said my real name, silly me, "Legacy." I lied, "I'm sorry but have you seen four small pups running around?" "No oh my Goddess there out here alone!" One of the girls said, which completely surprised me because I could tell she was immediately concerned. "Do you want us to help you look for them?" The other girl asked. I felt the guy's apprehension, "No I'm sure I'll find them, thanks." I turned to walk away when one of the girls came up behind me, "Legacy, you should stay with us. It's not safe alone out here. We got attacked earlier by rogues." "Ruby let her go, we don't know her," the guy said. The other girl punched him in the arm, "Don't be a jerk Thomas. What would mom and dad think if they found out we left someone alone during this time?" "I wouldn't know Janine because they're dead!" He snapped as he stomped over toward a pile of clothes and started to dress. Ruby leaned in closer and whispered, "We lost his mate in the destruction and our parents. So this has been hard. We've been running around for hours looking for someone from an actual pack but we just keep running into rogues. it's like all the Wolves have disappeared and we have been left behind." "It's weird we have seen a few bodies but there should be more." Janine said, "Almost as if the Goddess came down and rescued them, leaving a few behind." "DON'T SAY THAT! YOU GIRLS ARE AS GOOD AS ANYONE! SHE WOULD NOT LEAVE YOU BEHIND!" The guy grunted angrily , "There has to be something else going on." he assured them. I sighed, "If that's true, I hope my brothers are with her." I was never one to cry but I could imitate emotions. My face turned red and I let a few tears fall. "Ah honey it's okay." Ruby and Janine both wrapped me in a hug, "Didn't mean to upset you. My name is Thomas and the girls are right. You shouldn't be alone, stick with us." I looked up at him and he gave me a weak smile, and just like that, I was in. The three of them were super chatty. I was never one for conversing. Then again, who would I do it with? We were just kind of wandering around with apparently no particular destination. I got to see my work up close and personally. We came across a field and there were a bunch of dead horses. "Look at all these beautiful beasts, why would she be so cruel?" Ruby said, when I looked at her she was all teary eyed. "She is a monster with no feelings. I guess her mommy didn't love her enough when she was a kid." Janine said sarcastically. "Why would you say that?" I asked and they all turned to face me. "Well, you know they say about humans when they turn into sociopaths. It's all because they have mommy or daddy issues." Janine pointed out, "oh mommy didn't hug me enough." Janine hugged herself as she used this whiny little voice to make her point. "Oh daddy used to touch me," Ruby piped in. Both girls started to laugh and I just stood there awkwardly and then both looked at me, "Oh s**t I'm Legacy. We didn't mean anything by it, we were just joking around." I didn't even realize I was standing there with my fist balled up. I wanted to rip their heads off. Instead, I took off running. I ran forever until my lungs burned. Was that s**t true? Did I have mommy issues? In truth, I didn't know what my issues were. Maybe some people were born rotten. All I know is I like hurting things. It feels good to me. Maybe because I was hurting. I quit running long enough to look around me. I was at a lake now and I had my hands on my knees trying to catch my breath. So this was earth, this was the other side of things. I found a seat on the grass and lay back staring up at the sky. Jeesh, this place was huge from this vantage point. I was lying there when I heard a sound. I looked toward the water and a beast had emerged. My God, he transformed into his human form, he stood naked, dripping wet. I sat there with my mouth open. Never had I seen such a beautiful creation, ever! It was then that I saw the sculpturer my grandfather truly was. This was one of his creations. From head to toe, he looked absolutely delicious. I could not take my eyes off him. He was tall, so tall, his shoulders broad, he had rippling abs complemented with rock-hard pecs. He had a small waist but his arms and legs were all muscle. I felt flushed when gazing at him. He looked over and spotted me, and walked toward me. He was not at all uncomfortable with his nakedness. I was flustered but I couldn't look away, "Hello there." "Hi," I mumbled as my eyes wandered up and down his body. "Do I know you?" He asked. "No, I would have remembered you." I said as I used my hand to cover my eyes, looking up at him. His manhood was huge. Are they supposed to be that big or did he have some kind of birth defect? Surely that was not normal. "I was thinking the same thing." He said in a friendly tone. I noticed as he talked and breathed his manhood did too. Should I turn away? Was I supposed to look at it? "Sorry I have left my clothes here, so when I come home I can change, but the tree I left it in is gone." He exhaled sharply, "everything is gone." I felt his sadness and his despair. It bothered me. I wanted to fix it. "Oh I'm sorry," he reached his hand out to me, "I forgot my manners. My name's River. What's yours?" "Oh I'm Legacy." I lied, smiling as I took his hand. I felt butterflies in my stomach. I don't think I ever was this close to a man this hot. I felt awkward. I don't know why. He looked me up and down, "Legacy. What a beautiful name. Different, where did you get it from?" It's my f*****g motivation. My mother stole my legacy and gave it to some b***h, "My mom came up with it, not sure where it came from." "Oh my name is River," he bit his lip and smirked. "You said that already, what is it?" I asked, grabbing his arm, then quickly pulling my hand back, "sorry I didn't mean to touch you." I said my cheeks were burning red. "It's okay, Legacy, your scent is strong," he whispered in a low husky voice. "My scent, oh I was running and" I put my hand under my arm and sniffed. Oh my God he thought I stunk. "I don't mean that scent," he stepped closer and sniffed. His closeness made my head spin. I tried to step back but he wrapped a hand around my waist, "Yes, it's intoxicating, do you taste as good as you smell?" What did he just ask me? Did he mea- "May I?" In all honesty, I didn't know what he was asking me for, but I would say yes to anything. He leaned in and his lips grazed against mine. His lips were full, lush and soft, his tongue teased my lips until I finally granted him entrance. It felt so warm. Oh my God, I think he likes me back. This has never happened before unless I was using my ability. It wasn't something I did intentionally, it just happened. Okay, not completely true, but the boys I liked never liked me back, like the angel that I wanted, the one that got me in all that trouble with grandfather, River seemed to like me back a lot. I felt his manhood pressing into my stomach. I had no idea what to do with my hands. I'd never kissed a boy so I just hung there limply in his arms as this heat began to build inside me that I'd never felt before. "I better stop now before I take you right here." He said, pulling away. Oh no, I wanted him to continue what he was doing. He stepped back and now his manhood was fully erect. I stared at it then turned around blushing. "What pack are you from Legacy?" Pack, what pack did I belong to? Oh s**t! "I belong to the Mystic Moon, well what's left of it." "You're a wolf?" I was a little disappointed. Mystic Moon I was laughing inside, I had just found a way to get to Alpha Zion Black. "I'm a shifter. Actually, I don't have a wolf, but I can shift into one." "Oh I'm a part of the Moon Howlers Pack," was the first thing that came to mind. "Oh, I have heard of them. You're a long way from home aren't you?" He asked as he grabbed my arm, pulling me back to him,"you sure are beautiful, Legacy." "Thank you." I whispered as I leaned in this time, touching my lips to his. "Careful Legacy I am still learning to say no to friendly invitations." We heard movements and turned out it was the three wolves that I'd run away from. "Legacy! Oh my Goddess." Ruby walked over, taking me in a hug. "We are so sorry we did not mean to hurt your feelings. Forgive us please." Ruby pleaded. Janine walked closer, "Yeah we're sorry," Janine said, but she wasn't looking at me, she was looking at River. Why the f**k is she looking at him that way? I felt my rage starting to build. Lightning struck in the sky. Ruby jumped screaming, "Oh no it's starting again!" Janine screamed as the wind started to pick up. "Come on, we must find shelter!" Thomas yelled , "No this way," River yelled, "There is nothing that way!" Thomas yelled back at him. "Mystic Moon is just a short distance from here. I know my pack, there will be a place to hide." He took off running and I followed him as the wind picked up around us. He ran fast but I kept up and when we got to a certain area he just stopped to look around. I had destroyed everything. He kept turning in circles just looking at everything I had destroyed. "Yo where!" Thomas yelled and his voice seemed to pull him back to reality. He ran and we followed. Finally, we came to some steps leading underground. As soon as we all entered what looked like a dungeon, I leaned against the wall to catch my breath while the others settled for a spot on the floor. River walked around inside, then came back to us, "Everyone is gone but one prisoner and he is barely clinging to life." He said, going over to a sink he drank from the faucet. They all did, so I got up and walked over to do the same. I didn't want to seem different or abnormal in any way. River walked to the back and when he returned he had found clothes to cover himself, he sat alone in a corner. His mood had completely changed. It was disappointing, but it was also good. I didn't want Ruby and Janine gawking over him. He was very handsome but I wanted to look at him alone. Thomas looked over at River, "Hey thanks, I'm Thomas and this is Ruby and Janine. I guess you already met Legacy." "Yeah sort of." He smirked and his smile was so sexy even when he was sad. "Where do you think the packs have gone?" Thomas asked River. "What do you mean?" River asked him, "We have been wandering around all day and haven't seen anything but rogues and maybe one or two Vargis." Thomas said, "What's a Vargis?" I asked and they all turned to look at me. "How do you not know what a Vargis is?" Janine asked with more curiosity than suspicion. "No," I laughed. "I meant to say where. I get nervous around people who I don't know and my words get mixed up. I know it's stupid," I said. "Don't say that Legacy, everyone makes mistakes." River kindly corrected me. "Where did you see them?" I asked Thomas. "I think they have a nest near the caves. We were going to hideout. There were two, so we went this way instead." Thomas explained. "Well, I'm not trying to encounter them now." River groaned, leaning against the wall. He looked over at me and smiled at everyone else, "I can't believe everything is really gone." He said in a shaky voice. "I can't believe everyone is gone," Janine chimed in. "You guys saw a lot, hmph?" He asked all of us. "I saw my parents swept away in a tornado. Right in front of me it was like Akoshka, wanted me to see them die," Ruby was sitting hugging her own legs. Tears ran down her cheeks. "I was with Alpha and Luna and she was coming toward the pack house. They ran out to get her attention and she started chasing them. That's how me and Thomas got away but Erika, his mate…she grabbed her and held her then…" "The b***h ripped her apart! She was having our pup," Thomas growled in pain, then he got up and started pacing. Janine jumped up and started trying to calm him down. I could feel everyone's emotions. Thomas was angry, hurt, and Ruby was heart broken, Janine was anxious and River felt numb. I think he was in shock, now it's time to cry, I said to myself. So I will fit in. In truth, I felt numb to it. I liked watching them…feel. I hated that I could not. Or maybe I did. I just couldn't feel empathy because I hated them. My mother chose these parasites over me. She always loved them more. "It's going to be okay, everything is going to be okay, " River mumbled, talking more to himself than us. "Yo my boy, stop f*****g saying that it's over for all of us, we are all going to f*****g die, it's just a matter of time!" Thomas was coming unhinged. River stood up,"Bruh, I don't know who the f**k you are talking to because I don't see no boys around here, this Mystic Moon, respect me. I get your hurt friend, but don't get me f****d up!" River puffed out his chest and Thomas's did too, "Yeah you still think it matters what pack we rep, my boy, we are all going to die!" Thomas walked up on him and swung and River swiftly dodged it and uppercutted him in the stomach. The girls were screaming for Thomas to stop while I just watched the action. Thomas fell and balled up in a fetal position and just lay there and cried. River stood over him shaking his head sympathetically. "Dude, I know it seems hopeless but we have to hold on. Cat will save us." "Cat?" Janine looked at him, "you mean the Chosen?" "Yes!" River said with excitement, "But she is dead. The Demigod killed her!" Ruby spoke, "Catori is not dead," he said simply. "And how do you know that? What makes you so sure?" Thomas grunted. "I saw her," River said. "WHAT! THEN WHERE THE HELL IS SHE? AND IF SHE COULDN'T DEFEAT A HALF GOD WHAT MAKES YOU THINK SHE CAN DEFEAT AKOSHKA!" Thomas said, "He has a good point," this b***h was nothing to me. "Catori did not lose to Blaine. First off, he stabbed her in the back, secondly," he grabbed Thomas lifting him and stared him in the eye, "Put some respect on my Luna's name." He said, shoving him backwards. Thomas stumbled but caught himself, "Sorry," He finally said, "I want you to be right, my sisters deserve better than this." "I am! And when Catori comes back she is going to rip Akoshka a new one!" River growled, Oh really we will f*****g see about that! I am in the right place. He will give me all the information I need. "Tell us about her River, what was she like?" I asked, and my words seemed to calm him because he stopped glaring at Thomas. "She is funny, she could make you laugh until it hurts and about any stupid thing. Her smile lit up the room. She made everyone feel Important even the Omega's. If she was visiting a pack and saw the Omega, being mistreated, she would spaz out on the Alpha. And she didn't care if you were a boy or girl, smart or stupid, she was kind to you unless you pissed her off. Even then, she was forgiving. If she was mad at you, she just gets over it. She didn't hold grudges. She was fun and she could laugh at herself when she made a mistake and she loved learning everything." "What kind of mistakes did she make," Janine asked. River started to laugh and he hadn't even told us the story but we were laughing with him. His laughter was contagious. "Once she set Zion's new Escalade on fire," Thomas' eyes grew huge,"I would have killed her." "Oh no, that was not half of it. Cat took out half the pack house before. She was a walking ball of destruction." "Did anyone ever get hurt," I asked. "Nooo, not anyone that didn't deserve it. Well, maybe Zion a few times, but she was quick to heal him after." He laughed again, "he could never stay mad at her or me long. I guess you could say I was her partner in crime." "How so?" Janine asked. "One time I got in trouble for sneaking off pack territory to see her and Zion found out, so she was not supposed to leave her room. She did and she caught one of the older members being a jerk. She almost took his head off. We jumped the guy. It was epic. Zion was so mad but Cat was his mate. All she had to do was bat her eyes and give him those googly eyes," River batted his eyes and made this face. Ruby punched him in the arm playfully, "We do not do that!" She laughed. "Yeah you girls do," Thomas piped in. Janine and Ruby giggled. While I continued to fire off questions. "So she needed help taking down a mere wolf?" "She had no powers then, they came a little at a time, sort of," River explained. "So she was not born with them?" I asked. "No she's not a God!" River laughed, "she's just the Chosen." "What does that mean?" I asked, "It means she became powerful when she met her mate." She shrugged, "more powerful anyways." "So Zion is her weakness." He did not like that. I pointed out she had a weakness. "Zion is not a weakness. Where did you get that from what I said?" He asked. "You said she became more powerful with him, so without him she would be less powerful." I pointed out. He frowned but did not reply. Janine went and stood close to him, "Erica met him once, she said they were at an Alpha's conference with her dad and it was so hot, she said they were miserable. And all the kids were standing around feeling like they were dying and she walked by and one of the kids yelled, If you love us make it rain Chosen." Janine said, "she loved telling that story," "Did she make it rain?" I asked. "She kept walking like she did not hear them. And, like a few minutes later, the earth separated and made like a hole and it rained in that spot. Until it was like a pool and then they heard an ice cream truck pull up and the driver was passed out." "I REMEMBER THAT!" River laughed, "She made Zion pay the guy. He woke up with all the ice cream gone and he had like a bag of cash and a thank you note." River was so happy when he talked about her, "Zion was mad at her for ten seconds. He loves the kids too, but that was not in the budget." I didn't like the way Janine was hanging off his every word. They were pretty but neither had anything on me. Still, he was entertaining them, which pissed me off. I felt like I should do something like snap their necks, but that might freak him out. I liked that he liked me without me making him like me. He leaned against the wall and Janine came and stood beside him leaning against the same wall. It was obvious she wanted him. "River, do you have a mate?" Ruby asked him. omg she was looking all goggley eyes at him, seriously. "No, I haven't met her yet. After the Vargis, well, at this rate, might not ever." He said, "it's not so bad though." He gave Janine a sly smile and she blushed. I stood up and dusted myself off. He just kissed me. Now he was flirting with her right in front of me. I walked toward the exit with every intention of burying them all alive. Nobody plays with my feelings. "Hey wait," Ruby said, running to catch up with me. "You can't go out there, Legacy, it's getting worse." She was right because now I was pissed and and I was not one to control my temper. "I can't stay, in here I'm a little claustrophobic," I lied, Ruby moves closer and rubbed my arm. "I can help you get your mind off things." I just looked at her she was nice enough but River and Janine were a huge distraction. Then, of course, if I ended him now, I'd never get to Zion Black and he belonged to me the way I saw it. "Don't worry about them. Guys are all jerks. That is why I prefer girls," Ruby confessed. "Girls…what do you mean?" I asked her, "I like girls, I'm not into guys at all." Ruby said to me, "That's a thing?" I asked and Ruby burst into laughter. "Your funny Legacy, I like you." She rubbed my arm again, "have you ever hooked up with a girl?" She asked me. I hadn't hooked up with anyone. "Can I…you know?" She asked. I was not good at reading signs, I guess because she leaned in and kissed me just like River had. I just stood there stiff. Okay, so I guess this is a thing. She leaned back and stared at me, "Nothing hump" she said, kind of disappointed,"well had to try your so pretty." She got up and walked away and sat alone in the corner. I was embarrassed because now everyone was staring at me. "You're a popular girl Legacy," Thomas said, and they all started to laugh. I wasn't sure if it was supposed to be with me or at me. f*****g idiots! Nobody laughed at me, the walls began to shake and they all began to scream. "Watch out!" River grabbed me, pushing me out the way just as a two by four fell from the ceiling. We fell back and I bumped my head. As he landed on top of me, I saw darkness. "Hello Akoshka," "Who is there? Who are you?" "It's me, your old friend, Lucifer." "Lucifer, what do you want?" "I want to join your world. Why are you destroying the world when we could rule it forever, together?" "Think about how happy we could be and-" "And what?" "You're going to need my help. The Chosen is not as weak as you think. As you said, she is a carbon copy of you. Do not underestimate your mother's creation. Remember she created you." "Know she birthed me, that required nothing special. Just to lie there and got it on with my father, big deal. And I don't need you, Lucifer, this is my world." "Not yet it isn't. You think you are the only thing or one that has power beyond measure. You are a fool. The moon goddess saw all of these things and prepared." What are you talking about, Lucifer?" "The Chosen has children both very powerful. One child's powers have been bonded but the second child's power has not since you have blocked any other God or Goddess's entrance and the child's mother is dead. The child still has power and already I can see they are not minut imagine what he will do when he comes of age." "I have sensed no other great power since I have been here. Why should I believe you, Lucifer?" "Because you know I speak the truth, Akoshka. Find the child and destroy it. Together you and I could control the heavens and Earth. " 'Legacy, Legacy are you okay." I heard Rivers' soft voice whispering in my ear. My eyes blinked open. "What happen?" "You bumped your head in the fall," he said. I tried sitting up but I felt something I was not used to. Pain, I looked around, "where is everyone, where am I?" "This is going to sound odd, but we are friends with a vampire Lord and when he is here these are his living quarters." River explained, "How long was I out?" I asked him. "Not sure, maybe 2 or 3 hours." He said," You were talking in your sleep. You sounded afraid so I woke you." Oh no, what did I say? "Did I say anything, weird?" I asked him. Noticing his shirt was off, "Don't know I was sleeping too?" "I'm sorry I woke up," "It's okay." He said, "it has calmed down out there. Thomas and I found food. Are you hungry?" "No, not really," I said. "Oh no, you're not one of those girls that are afraid to eat in front of a guy are you?" He laughed. I don't need nourishment, i***t, I'm a goddess. "No, not at all. Actually I could go for something." I lied, I'd never eaten anything from Earth. He slid off the bed and left and returned a few minutes later. "I'm not the best cook but I picked up a few tricks from my mom. We scavenged a few things from what used to be the cafeteria." He handed me a plate with what looked like a mystery meat with some fresh berries. And some type of bread. I picked up the fork and stabbed it, then took a bite. "Oh holy one, what a creator of goodness you are." My eyes rolled in pleasure, Grandfather grandfather! I bit into one of the berries and almost fainted. What the hell these have been on Earth the entire time! No, I was pissed about how these things were hidden from me?I cleaned my plate, licked it without shame. River just sat back with an amused look on his face. He reached over and wiped a smudge off my cheek, then licked his finger. "Your different Legacy." He smiled, "still hungry?" "Is there more?" I asked eagerly, "Absolutely!" He took my plate, returning again with more food piled up. Once again, I licked it clean, then rubbed my belly and let out a huge belch. We both started to laugh and then he took my plate and sat it on the nightstand, "So where is Janine?" I asked him, and he started to laugh. "This place has several cells and they all have cots." He had the cutest boyish grin. "It's not like that. I have that effect on girls. They seem to like me, you know. It seems you have that effect too." We both laughed because I knew he meant what had happened with Ruby. "That was different. Her lips were very soft like cotton," I explained. "Softer than mine?" He asked, liking his lips. Wet!
