Louis is oblivious of the fact that if he is caught leaving the hospital without a proper discharge file or treatment, anyone can think he is hiding a secret or they may think he is mentally deranged. And could be put in seclusion and observed for a while and that will be a big setback.

But then if get gets caught and try to escape again they will try to find you. If it was court-ordered he may be arrested and charged for violation of a court order or other related charge. if he pushed or shoved anyone out of his way while escaping then that is assault.
