We arrived at an abandoned warehouse an hour later.   The first rays of light were beginning to appear at the horizon. It was apparent that the warehouse had been cleaned and prepared for our session beforehand. It was empty, but was also very clean.   I could feel my muscles burning within me as I laid panting on the ground. My bones felt like they were going to fall apart anytime soon.   “I can’t go on anymore. I really need some rest.”   But Ulma shook her head, “One hour and fifty two minutes. That’s too slow. It’s wise to stand up and do some stretching if you don’t want to hurt your muscles.”   She then proceeded to demonstrate a set of yoga moves to me.
