The shadow that had listened outside Damon's study didn't stop moving until he reached the I’m edge of Shadow Moon territory, where a familiar hooded figure waited beneath the same low branches as before.
"They know about the letters," the shadow said, breathless from the run. "Ethan traced them to rogue territory. They're going to find out who received them."
